We are a global Porsche Parts Specialist that deals with over 30 different models of Porsche, supplying New and Used parts.

We are located in Lancashire with easy access from the M65, M60, M61, M62 and not too far from the M6.
We have been in the business since 1999, and our staff are Porsche enthusiasts, owning various Porsche models.


We ship worldwide and have plenty of regular customers from different countries, from small items via post to pallets.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

Yes we do, Postage depends on where the part is to be delivered to, the weight and the size of the parcel.

 

 

How do I return an item?

 

Just contact our office and a refund (if applicable) will be processed on return of the item. Postage is the responsability of the customer.

 

 

What is your returns policy?

 

  • No goods can be returned without exception

  • Goods may be returned for a refund and are sutiable for restocking, then a 20% restocking fee will be applied

  • All returned goods must be in the original packaging and presented with a copy of the original invoice

  • Any new part that has been fitted cannot be returned for a refund.

  • No refund or carriage charges incurred by the Buyer will be reimbursed for any returned Goods.

  • Special Order Items are none returnable.

  • No return of electrical equipment allowed.

How do I track my order?

 

Orders over £50 in value are provided with a tracking number.

All International deliveries are provided with tracking through the courier.

 

 

How can I contact your couriers?

 

When the item is shipped then an invoice will be sent with the parts and if there is a tracking number htis will be emailed

 

 

What are your delivery options?

 

Domestic (UK):

  • Under £50 - Royal Mail First Class

  • Over £50 - Royal Mail First Class Signed For

  • If the item is a Large Parcel then it will be sent with a courier of our choice. Postage prices depend on weight, size and courier.

 

International:

  • Delivery charges depend on size and distance of travel.
